Your Due Diligence

The Your Due Diligence bundle includes a comprehensive mapping of the legal and financial situation and the risk analysis of an already established company. Additionally, we plan a legal roadmap that we can jointly start implementing. In addition to the research of the legal status of the firm, we can advise you in the financial and tax matters of your company. During the two-month process our legal and financial experts familiarise themselves with your operations and advise you in the possible shortcomings in your documents and procedures.

After the Due Diligence you can comfortably become a monthly client, so that a legal and financial expert is just one phone call away. Alternatively you can independently carry out documents according to the created plan using BOWA Works.

The Due Diligence Bundle includes

  • A comprehensive mapping of the legal status and risk analysis of a company
  • A legal roadmap that we can jointly develop
  • Advice for managing financial and tax matters
  • 2 months of the BOWA On Call bundle, including e.g. Slack or WhatsApp support, see more below
  • After the bundle we will gladly remain as your business associate with an open-time contract and a two-month notice. The extent of the bundle can be adjusted to your needs.

The included two-month long BOWA On Call bundle includes (per month)

  • 2 hours of legal service on an as-needed basis
  • Extra legal service for a discounted price of 200 € / h + VAT (normally 250 € / h + VAT)
  • Unlimited Slack or WhatsApp support based on reasonable use
  • The fringe benefit of legal service in personal matters at discounted prices

Target Due Diligence

The Target Due Diligence bundle includes a comprehensive mapping of the legal and financial situation and risk analysis of an already established company that is to be acquired. Our legal and financial experts familiarise themselves with the operations of the company and advise you in the possible shortcomings in its documents and procedures. In Legal & Financial due diligence we advise you on financial and tax matters related to carrying out a company acquisition.

The Target Due Diligence Bundle includes

  • A comprehensive mapping of the legal status and risk analysis of a company
  • A legal roadmap that we can jointly develop
  • Advice for managing financial and tax matters
  • 2 months of the BOWA On Call bundle, including e.g. Slack or WhatsApp support, see more below
  • After the bundle we will gladly remain as your business associate with an open-time contract and a two-month notice. The extent of the bundle can be adjusted to your needs.

Our hourly rate

Our hourly rate is 250 €/h + VAT based on our price list.
